Due to the high demand for participation, dance performances are limited to a maximum of 6 minutes. Group performances are encouraged. |

Avoid participation in multiple programs. |

Preference will be given to Life members who have given quality programs in the past. (Life membership is not a guarantee for participation.) |

Nobody will be allowed to give special instruction to the sound engineer on the day of performance. (Any special instructions to the sound engineer, lighting or stage props should be directed through the entertainment committee in advance and there is no guarantee that these requirements can be met during the performance.) |

The music that is used in any performance should be sent in a medium such as a CD or MP3 file 7 days in advance of the performance day, to the person in charge of entertainment. |

Sequencing of the programs will be decided by the entertainment committee. |

Failure by participants to be present on the backstage three programs prior to theirs will result in their item being cancelled or being pushed to the end depending on the availability of time. |
